It all starts with our first consultation where we hope to not only get an idea of exactly what the customer wants, but to also create a relationship with that customer from the get go. The quicker we can form that relationship, the easier our communication can be and smoother this project can go. Once we get that perfect tile picked out from our wide variety of options, then its time to pass it on to our workers.
